POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

SECURITY: When you complete your order on our Secure Order Form, all of your name, address, e-mail address and credit card information is encrypted using the latest 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on our Secure Server. This information is then immediately stripped from all computers with Internet accessibility and then archived in a highly protected computer. This information cannot be accessed for any future purchases.

PRIVACY: All the information you provide us will NEVER be sold, rented, shared, or in any way revealed to anyone, ever.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: All CBM Marketing / Alpine Filtration Shower Filter Systems have a 30 day money-back guarantee from date of invoice.
Reverse-Osmosis and Distiller returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, when returned in original box with all original packing materials. Money-back guarantee does not apply if filter has been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, excessive water pressure or temperature, freezing or general misapplication of the filter's use and purpose. See below for shipment instructions and Return Authorization Number information.

GUARANTEE: We unconditionally guarantee all of our water filter related products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of invoice date for a refund or credit. We will refund your original purchase price, less the initial shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. All items must be in "as new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Defective products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for replacement, if no replacement is requested then the return will be charged a 10% restocking fee and the initial shipping charge, or a minimum of $10.00. If you are returning a non-defective product, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the initial shipping charge or a minimum charge of $10.00. All items must be in "as new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Returns are subject to manufacturer return policy.

First, e-mail or call us at the number on your sales receipt for a return authorization number and instructions for shipment. We apologize, but we cannot pay for return shipping costs and all returns must be insured for the purchase amount. Credit will be issued to the original credit card only. Credits will be posted to the cardholders account within 30 days of the package arrival to our warehouse.

SHOWER FILTERS: In addition to the above, the following applies to all Ultimate Shower Filters?. Money-back guarantee does not apply if filter has been damaged due to misuse, improper maintenance or installation, including but not limited to: over tightening, cross threading, excessive water pressure or temperature, freezing or general misapplication of the filter's use and purpose. It is recommended that the Ultimate Shower Filter? not be used with a showerhead containing a shut-off valve in the off position as this may cause excessive back pressure.

SHIPPING: Orders are normally packaged and shipped within two business days via UPS or Priority Mail and may take 4-10 days from the time your order is placed until you receive your shipment. We will be happy to quote shipping charges to international destinations. A charge of $25.00 will be made to your credit card for orders placed with CBM Marketing/Alpine Filtration and refused in any way by the customer or the shipping company for delivery to the location given on your order.

MONEY ORDERS: CBM Marketing / Alpine Filtration accepts money orders and cashiers checks in US Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier check. CBM Marketing/Alpine Filtration cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.

NET TERM ORDERS: We offer qualified businesses net 30-day terms. Approval usually takes 24 hours after references are verified. Interested business customers should call us for more information and a credit application.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PRICING, SPECIFICATIONS & AVAILABILITY: Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled unless the item is not in stock. The order process is automated to the point that orders are processed within minutes of their receipt. A process credit overide is subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Refunds on money order purchases in excess of $250.00 will be issued by check from the CBM Marketing/Alpine Filtration office within 10 business days of the return date. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be made to the same card.

NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: In no event shall CBM Marketing/Alpine Filtration, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be liable for the following. Special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, damages due to misuse, misapplication of use, installation, excessive pressure or temperature, water damage, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not CBM Marketing/Alpine Filtration has been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

MISCELLANEOUS: CBM Marketing/Alpine Filtration may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating CBM Marketing/Alpine Filtration web site. These terms and conditions are governed and construed by the laws (but not the rules governing conflicts of law) of the State of Arkansas. You agree that if any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect. We do not ship anywhere outside the U.S.A., its territories, and Canada.
